A self-employed pharmacist who supplies medicines and medicines to a health insurance company already collects the fee when the health insurance company pays the commissioned debt collection company. From the pharmacist’s point of view, the fee does not become uncollectible if insolvency proceedings are opened over the assets of the collection agency. That was decided by the FG Baden-Württemberg.
