At its recent meeting, the Louisiana Sales and Use Tax Commission for Remote Sellers released a notice of intent to adopt some new rules involving remote sellers that would include providing for a publicly available tool for remote sellers to look up applicable state and local rates and exemptions, and draft proposed text of a bulletin that would provide additional guidance for some marketplace facilitators.
