The 2023 excise guidelines implementation regulation has been published in the Official Gazette. Together with the 2022 Excise Guidelines Implementation Act and the 2023 Excise Guidelines Implementation Decree, the implementation regulation serves to implement the three European directives adopted by the European Council in 2019 and 2020 that are relevant to excise duty.
