In connection with the introduction from January 1, 2023 of the institution of a single tax account, the Federal Tax Service of Russia has prepared new forms of decisions regarding the reimbursement of VAT and excise duty in a declarative manner during tax monitoring. Currently, the draft of the relevant order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia is being registered with the Ministry of Justice of Russia
