The ZATCA has proposed amendments to the KSA VAT Law which are now open for public consultation. You have until March 12, 2023 to have your say through the Istitla platform. These proposed changes include updates to the late filing and late payment penalties, as well as provisions for those eligible for refunds and the seizure of assets and funds for collecting final amounts owed to the Authority.
