With the new bill submitted to the Parliament “Arrangements for the acquisition of occupied properties of the private property of the State, properties of the National Defense Fund, other provisions for the private property of the State and other provisions of the competence of the Ministry of Finance” among other provisions the following are proposed :
– The time period for submission of applications for the option of taxation by the liable lessor for the leases of industrial stations and safe deposit boxes is redefined. (Article 30)
