The Supreme Administrative Court has decided that a preliminary ruling must be obtained from the EU Court to clarify whether charging electric vehicles in a charging station means that users of electric vehicles must be considered to acquire electricity in the sense of VAT law and, if so, from whom the delivery takes place.
