The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the U.S. Commerce Department this afternoon released for publication in the Federal Register a final rule amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding six entities to the entity list, under the destination of China.
According to the final rule [PDF 257 KB], the six entities have been determined by the U.S. government to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States.
