A clarification is made concerning the definition of dental prostheses falling within the scope of the exemption from value added tax (VAT) provided for in 1° of 4 of article 261 of the general tax code .
Products that do not meet this definition, in particular orthodontic appliances and aligners, are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
