A 48-year-old man from Wijnjewoude and a 52-year-old woman from Landsmeer are accused by the Public Prosecution Service (OM) of tax fraud totaling more than € 1.2 million committed in the years 2016-2017. The Public Prosecution Service is demanding 24 months unconditional prison sentence against the brother and 6 months suspended prison sentence with a probationary period of 1 year and 240 hours of community service against the sister.
