The Swedish Ministry of Finance released Fact Memorandum No. 2022/23:FPM37 on the EU proposal to alter EU regulations and Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of VAT. The European Commission aims to update the current VAT rules to take advantage of the possibilities offered by digital technologies.
