Decrease of VAT rates starting 1st January 2023

The VAT rates in Luxembourg will be temporarily reduced. From 1 January 2023 to 31 Dcember 2023, the VAT rates will be as follows:

• Standard rate: reduced from 17% to 16%
• Intermediate rate: reduced from 14% to 13%
• Reduced rate: reduced from 8% to 7%

The super reduced rate of 3% will remain unchanged.
