For Belarusian organizations, including those applying the simplified taxation system, and individual entrepreneurs, from 01.01.2023, the obligation to calculate and pay VAT is introduced when purchasing goods (works, services), property rights in the territory of the Republic of Belarus from foreign individual entrepreneurs who are not registered with the tax authority Republic of Belarus as such.
