1 The statement in (48) of item 3 of the Notification of the Ministry of Finance shall be repealed. on income tax and value added tax (No. 2) on the determination of organizations, charitable institutions, nursing homes and educational institutions under section 47 (7) (b) of the Revenue Code and section 3 (4) (b) of the Royal Decree issued under the Revenue Code On VAT Exemption (No. 239) B.E. 2534 as amended by a Royal Decree issued under the Revenue Code concerning Value Added Tax Exemption (No. 254) B.E. 2535 dated 12 October B.E. 2535 and
use the following instead.
“(48) Foundation for the Promotion of the Arts and Crafts In Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the queen
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn
”
Clause2 This announcement shall come into force from October 26, 2022 onwards.
