The Ukrainian Tax Agency published FAQs on VAT exemptions for import transactions. The scope of exemptions will be the goods included in List No. 224 under the Amendments to the List of Goods (Resolutions No. 1260 and No. 1340), which includes medicines, medical products, and equipment.
