While awaiting the formation of the new government, Denmark has postponed the entry into force of the new Bookkeeping law. New timetable to be published.
The Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen or ERST) announced on 13 December 2022 that a number of new digital bookkeeping rules are being postponed due to awaiting approval by the new Danish Government which is yet to be formed.
