The draft VAT amendment shows that invoices that are currently issued to consumers in paper form, from 2024 will be issued only in electronic form via the National e-Invoices System.
However, experts criticize this idea and list a number of technical obstacles. In addition, they draw attention to the fact that the authorities will know practically everything about Poles’ purchases.
