The Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) announces that, based on Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on European Business Statistics, the statistical threshold, which applies from 1/1/2023 to 31/12/2023, above which importers and exporters (enterprises are also included), are required to submit an Intrastat declaration is formed as follows:
- INTRA-EU IMPORTS (ARRIVALS): 150,000
- € INTRA-EU EXPORTS (DISPATCHES): 90,000 €
It should be noted that an Intrastat declaration is submitted for intra-EU transactions of goods if, in the previous year, the total transactions of intra-EU imports (arrivals) or/and exports (dispatches) of goods exceeded the statistical threshold of the previous reference year (2022) or in the event that the total transactions of intra-EU imports or/and exports of goods exceed the threshold during the reference year (2023).
