The State Fiscal Service announces the drafting of the Regulation on VAT refunds for agricultural producers and its publication for public consultation, in accordance with Article 7 of the Law on the VAT Refund Program for Agricultural Producers no. 337 of December 8, 2022 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no. 413-425 of December 23, 2022).
