On Tuesday, January 3, 2023, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft act amending the act on enforcement proceedings in administration and some other acts, submitted by the finance minister. The purpose of the changes is to streamlining administrative enforcement. It is also about enabling the compulsory recovery of VAT receivables.
