The Ministry of Finance has published a draft act introducing the obligation to issue invoices in a structured form from January 1, 2024.
This obligation is intended to apply to VAT payers having their registered office or permanent place of business (the so-called fixed establishment ) in Poland, also in the scope of transactions with foreign contractors and consumers.
