The current official regulation that provides requirements in this area and concerns this type of devices is a part of the RT Act as well as NGM Decree 31/2016. (IX. 2.) on the technical requirements for automatic food vending machines, the operation and servicing of vending machines, and the provision of data recorded in vending machines to the State Tax and Customs Administration (shortly referred to as the NGM Decree).
