With ordinance n. 37271 filed yesterday, December 20, 2022, the Court of Cassation states that, in the event of theft of the goods intended for export, if the theft took place in Italian territory, after delivery to the carrier in charge of the collection from the manufacturer, the operation it is in any case considered completed and, therefore, subject to VAT.
