On November 18, 2022, we reported about the draft laws regarding VAT, E-Invoicing, Tax Procedures, and Fiscalization being published by the Serbian Ministry of Finance on their official website. This time, we are reporting that the final versions of those laws were published in the “Official Gazette of RS,” number 138 of December 12, 2022. In the following, we unveil what they include.
