The Czech Ministry of Finance Dec. 15 released Financial Bulletin No. 17/2022, containing a monthly tax deadline calendar for 2023. The bulletin includes: 1) filing and payment deadlines related to VAT, individual income tax, withholding, real estate tax, the tax on windfall profits, and the U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA); 2) obligations related to Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting; 3) obligations related to reporting information on cross-border arrangements; and 4) the reporting obligations of digital platform operators in the sharing economy according to DAC7.
