The winter months in Norway are cold and dark. This is the time of year when most of us use the most electricity. With the high electricity prices we have had in the past year, the government believes it is right to have reduced the electricity tax in the period January, February and March 2023, says Finance Minister Trygve Slagsvold Vedum (Sp).
