Fiscalis 2020 is a programme for cooperation between national tax authorities. It helps them implement EU tax law consistently and supports them in the fight against tax fraud, tax evasion and ‘aggressive tax planning’.
As well as helping EU countries, Fiscalis helps countries that want to join the EU by helping their tax administrations to prepare for accession. The current programme follows on from Fiscalis 2007 and 2013.
This initiative is the final evaluation of Fiscalis 2020. It looks at whether the programme has achieved lasting results.
