With reference to the result of the discussion with the supreme tax authorities of the the model certificate for handling and processing cases for export deliveries and export deliveries and intra-Community deliveries as of December 2022. The previous form issued by the BMF letter of January 17, 2000, BStBl I p. 179, will be replaced by the enclosed – adapted – model form form “Certificate for sales tax purposes in processing and handling cases”.
