On December 1, 2022, the assumptions for the draft act on the mandatory National e-Invoice System (KSeF) were published. On the same day, a draft amendment to the VAT Act was published on the website of the Government Legislation Centre . For most entrepreneurs, structured invoices will be a real revolution, because they will become the only type of invoices issued in connection with their sales.
