A month ago, the Act on preferential purchase of solid fuel for households came into force (Journal of Laws, item 2236). Therefore, the task of hard coal distribution imposed on municipalities would result in the obligation for these entities to purchase, only for this purpose, online cash registers or replace the used old-type cash registers with online cash registers.
