- The Ministry of Finance is launching public consultations on the draft act introducing e-invoice as a common billing system.
- This is the second stage of the implementation of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) in Poland. From January 1, 2022, entrepreneurs can voluntarily use KSeF while preparing for the system, which will be mandatory from 2024.
- Thanks to obtaining the consent of the EU, Poland, along with Italy and France, has been authorized to introduce a mandatory e-invoice in B2B relations.
