On November 2, 2022, the Danish tax authorities published guidance providing clarifications on the application of the DAC7 reporting requirements as implemented into Danish law (for previous coverage, please refer to E-News Issue 163).
The guidance provides general information about the reporting framework under DAC7 and an overview of the registration, notification and reporting requirements for Danish, EU and non-EU reporting platform operators.
