Russian President Vladimir Putin signed Law No. 443-FZ dated November 21, 2022 , which regulates, among other things, the procedure for calculating VAT by Russian contractors performing work (providing services) in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, as well as Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. For them, the former VAT taxation regime, which was in force until the day the indicated territories were admitted to the Russian Federation, is retained.
