On January 1, 2023, Slim VAT 3 is to enter into force, and formally: the act amending the act on tax on goods and services and certain other acts. This is another package of simplifications in VAT. The proposals will be of interest to every entrepreneur who uses an online cash register, corrects invoices in a foreign currency or wonders whether he can settle tax on a quarterly basis, and not monthly. The project also responds to the needs of specialized entities, e.g. those dealing with factoring.
