The draft law proposes to extend the exemption from VAT to the transfer of exclusive rights to programs for electronic computers and databases included in the unified register of the results of research, development and technological work for military, special or dual use, the rights to use such programs and databases (including updates to them and additional functionality), including by providing remote access to them via the Internet.
