Taxpayers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will now have 14 days to issue tax invoices relating to periodic supplies and consecutive payments, as well as credit notes. This is a result of an amendment recently made to Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 relating to Value Added Tax.
