According to the bill, it is planned from 2023:
-
exemption for three years from VAT on the import of works of art imported by non-state museums. The list of such works of art will be approved by the authorized body in the field of culture in agreement with the central authorized body for state planning;
-
exemption from VAT on imports of raw materials and materials for the production of pesticides included in the list of imported goods.
