The trade and sanctions control system is gaining in importance due to changes in the security environment, technological changes and evolving commercial relationships affecting supply chains and relationships with business partners. At the same time, the activities of Polish entrepreneurs may be affected not only by restrictions adopted at the EU and national levels, but also by trade control regulations adopted in other countries, including the US.
