The operation of the eDavki system was disrupted due to technical problems from Saturday, 29/10/2022, to Monday, 31/10/2022, until 10:15 p.m., which caused problems for users of the eDavki portal when submitting forms.
Since some taxpayers were unable to submit the VAT-O form (VAT-O form for the calculation of value added tax) for the period July – September 2022 (three-month taxpayers) or for the period September 2022 (monthly taxpayers) due to technical problems, we hereby announce, that in these cases a VAT return can be submitted by completing the statement “I do not want to use the possibility of using the self-declaration institute”. The Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia will not penalize taxpayers for whom VAT forms will be submitted late, but by November 4, 2022 at the latest.
The obligation to pay VAT after the calculation had to be settled no later than the last working day of the month following the end of the tax period (for the tax periods mentioned above, the deadline for payment was 10/28/2022).
Thank you for your understanding.
