Recently, the Arabic version of the amended articles of the UAE VAT Law was published in the official gazette by the Ministry of Finance. In total, 24 articles are amended and one new article has been added to the existing VAT Law. All the provisions of the amended VAT law will come into effect from 1 January 2023.
