Some main updates from new amendments:
- Clarifications on place of services provided regarding telecom services;
- Tax invoice;
- Financial Services exempted from VAT;
- Invoice issuance cases for taxable person;
- Simplified Tax Invoice;
- Tax refund; and
- Electronic Tax Invoice.
