The “Ley Crea y Crece” draft law has been approved by the Spanish congress, which will gradually make B2B e-invoicing mandatory in the coming years.
As previously explained, one of the measures taken by the draft law “Crea y Crece” (En.: Creation and Growth) is to implement e-invoicing in the business sector to ensure that every invoice gets paid on time and help the economy grow. This draft law was approved on 15 September by the Spanish congress.
