The Philippines Bureau of Internal Revenue published an RMO Order No:43/2022 on September 29, 2022. Order include; policies, guidelines and procedures of the implementation of “Notice to Issue Receipt/Invoice(NIRI)” and every sales of goods transactions also online transaction required to issue invoice/receipt. All taxpayers are required to register with the Revenue District Office(RDO). Implementation of Invoice and Receipt is divided into several phases and taxpayers are required to check their TIN ending to see when they are going to start.
