Amendments to Collection Guidelines 2008 (Leidraad Invordering 2008)

This decision amends the decision of June 12, 2008, No. CPP2008/1137M. The amendment concerns several changes to the deferral policy, particularly for entrepreneurs with payment problems. In addition the opportunity is taken to make a change to the policy for issuing statements on payment behavior. Finally, a new article is also introduced as an editorial change.
