On April 29, 2022, the Luxembourg District Court (“Tribunal d’Arrondissement”) submitted a reference for a preliminary ruling in the case TP vs Administration de l’Enregistrement, des Domaines et la TVA (Case C 288/22) on the VAT treatment applicable to Director fees in Luxembourg.
