DPS in the Lviv region reminds that to cancel the registration, the VAT payer submits an application for canceling the VAT payer’s registration to the supervisory body at the place of registration using form No. 3-VAT (Appendix 3 to Regulation No. 1130 ). VAT payers can submit such an application by means of electronic communication in electronic form.
