Comments on ECJ C-378/21 (AG Opinion): Too much VAT invoiced: do you have to credit it and return it to your customer?

The Court of Justice will soon be able to deal with these questions. The Advocate General has already come up with interesting conclusions, which may have a far-reaching impact on existing practices in VAT corrections in EU Member States.
