The letter Mervärdesskatt – accounting method, dated 6 May 1999, dnr 4838-99/100 , shall no longer be applied.
Due to a change in the law, the content of the letter is to some extent no longer relevant. In other parts, it has been replaced by texts in Legal guidance.
This stance shall no longer be applied. It is replaced by the Swedish Tax Agency’s position 2022-09-09, dnr 8-1885380 .
