The Revenue Agency has published resolution no. 47 of 6 September 2022 regarding the 5 percent VAT rate for gas. The reduced VAT rate of 5% is applied to the entire gas supply delivered to the end user and accounted for in the invoices issued during the period in which the temporary rule will remain in force.
