The publication of the National Chamber noted that the amendments to these rules were approved without discussion and agreement with the NCE , and the SRC did not take into account the opinion of business . In this regard, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan clarified the rules for refunding excess VAT and the reasons for making amendments , Uchet.kz reports .
